Kayak and Canoe Rentals
Rentals include kayak or canoe, paddle, life jacket, and shuttle service.
Choose your adventure along the beautiful South or North Branch of the Root River. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing 7-mile float or a longer 14-mile paddle, we have the perfect route for you—ideal for beginners and experienced paddlers alike.
Age Requirements
Kayak Rentals: 12 years and older
Canoe Rentals: 6 years and older
Booking Information
All kayak and canoe rentals require a reservation. To Book your next adventure please call our office at 507-467-3400 and leave a voicemail with your contact information, and we’ll return your call within 24 business hours. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid fees.

River Tubing Rentals
Rentals include tube, life jacket (upon request), and shuttle service.
Relax and float your cares away with a tubing trip down the scenic South Branch of the Root River! This self-guided adventure begins at our shop and drifts peacefully for 2.5 to 3 hours—shuttle service included.
Age Requirements
Tube Rentals: 6 years and older
Booking Information
No reservations needed — tubes are available on a walk-in basis.
The last tube launch is at 2:00 PM each day.
